Step 1. On the Edit menu, click on Preferences. Step 2. Under the Advanced category, select Cache. Step 3. Click on the Clear Memory Cache button. Step 4. A small dialogue box will appear to confirm deletion. Click on the OK button to confirm. Step 5. Click on the OK button to exit out of the Preferences window.
TIP: You may also click on the Clear Disk Cache button to clear the disk memory.
TIP: If the Memory Cache is less than 2000 KBytes, change to 2000 KBytes. If the Memory Cache is higher than 2000 KBytes, no change is needed.
Step 1. On the Communicator menu, click on Tools and select History. (A small History browser window should appear.) Step 2. On the Edit menu or the History browser window, click on Select All. Step 3. Again, go on the Edit menu, and click on Delete.
Step 4. On the File menu, click on Close to exit out of the History browser window.
Step 1. On the Edit menu, click on Preferences. Step 2. Under the Navigator category, select History. Step 3. Click on the Clear History button.
Step 4. Click on the OK button to close the Preferences window.
Step 1. On the Edit menu, click on Preferences. Step 2. In the Preferences window, select Advanced.
Step 3. Check the Enable JavaScript checkbox to be turned on.
Step 1. On the Edit menu, click on Preferences. Step 2. In the Preferences window, select Advanced and click on Scripts & Plugins.
Step 3. Under Enable JavaScript make sure that the checkbox is turned on for Navigator.
